Use a soft measuring tape

A cloth or flexible tape measure works best. Do not use a ruler or rigid tape. If you don't have one, a piece of string + a ruler works fine.

Measure your under-bust band

Wrap the tape firmly around your ribcage directly under your bust. The number you get is your band size (round to nearest even number).

Measure your bust at fullest point

Keep the tape loose — not tight. Measure across the fullest part of your bust. The difference between this and your band size gives your cup size.

Calculate your cup size

Difference of 1 inch = A. 2 inches = B. 3 = C. 4 = D. 5 = DD/E. 6 = F. 7 = G. 8 = H. Always try a sister size if your calculated size feels wrong.
